I would like to take the opportunity to thank you both as an individual and as an organisation for
the help and support that you have given to me and my team over the last six months, Sept 09 to
March 10.
We have employed the services of your organisation for a number of years, however, in recent times
the relationship between the two organisations has come to the fore as you were selected as the
preferred organisation to support us in the closure of our plant. This has meant that the two
organisations have been working closely on a daily basis for the last six months; the role you and
your team have played in this process leading up the closure has been invaluable.
Your organisation has at all times acted with the utmost integrity, and
professionalism. Senior management of MS Hardy have been on site each day, and it is
this commitment which has ensured that the tasks at hand have been completed in a timely
fashion.
You and your team have at all times been conscientious of the sensitivity of the situation, and
when dealing with members of our staff you and they have demonstrated understanding, and
consideration resulting in a productive and collaborative way of working.
